What’s with all this “Secret Adventure” stuff?
Are you like me? Are you into treasure and scavenger hunts, games, Letterboxing, Geocaching, and deciphering secret codes and all that? If not, then join us. It’s a heck of a lot of fun.
Every once and awhile (when you least expect it!) I am going to publish new challenges, puzzles, word searches, word scrambles, secret codes and more. If you are the first to figure them out and contact me, then you’ll win some fabulous prizes!
Oh, and some of the Designs on our apparel will sometimes have secret codes inside of them. The people that follow the clues and figure them out are going to have a heck of a great time and might also win some amazing prizes!
What is the Treasure Hunt that’s going on right now?
Some friends and I have taken the time and made the effort to begin planting 50 Limited Edition Code Creations T-Shirts in secret locations throughout the U.S.A. We call this “Code Quest.” Wanna play?
Various riddles and puzzles need to be solved which will lead to clues that will reveal the T-Shirts’ whereabouts.
Dozens are planted is dozens of places, but click here for some examples for a few of them. Type in C-O-D-E-R-E-D as a Word/phrase in the “clues” section. Remember, this is just an example. T-Shirts are planted around the U.S.A. and a few in Europe. More are being planted all the time - in really unusual places. They are not all planted under this obvious clue.
What do I do once I find one of the T-Shirts?
That’s easy. You should carefully take it out of its container and hold it up and take a photo of it. Once done, please replace the T-Shirt exactly as you found it so someone else can track it down. Please do NOT keep the T-Shirt.
When you get to a computer, please e-mail me your photo, location, and your contact information.
Go to www.Letterboxing.org and/or www.Geocaching.com and/or www.AtlasQuest.com and reveal that you found one of the T-Shirts and that it is still there for others to find.
Can’t I just steal the T-Shirt?
Sure, if you want a dirty ol’d shirt that’s been buried in the ground for awhile. But if you do, there is no chance you might win a super prize.
What do you mean by that?
Well, once a bunch of people find each of the original ”Code Quest” T-Shirts and send me their photos and e-mail me their contact information, I will randomly select 50 of them to receive Code Apparel gift certificates. If you steal one of the shirts, there is no chance anyone else will find it and that means that no one associated with that T-Shirt will win any prize.
